Terms and Conditions for AI-Text to Image Generator.

1. Acceptance of Terms

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the App without our prior written consent.

6. Payments and Subscriptions
   Certain features of the App may require payment or a subscription. By purchasing these services, you agree to pay all fees associated with your account on time. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our refund policy.

7. Design Data and Content
   The App allows you to create and upload design-related content, including images, room dimensions, and design plans. You retain ownership of your content but grant us a license to use, display, and share your content as necessary to provide the App’s services. You are responsible for ensuring that your content does not infringe on the rights of others.

8. Limitation of Liability
   To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising from your use of the App or your inability to use the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Termination
   We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at our discretion, without notice, if you violate these Terms or if we have reason to believe that your use of the App is harmful to others or to our interests

10. Changes to Terms
    We may modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our app or website. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
